He has authored two successful cookbooks, '
Cook It, Spill It, Throw It' and 'The Quick Six Fix,' with over 60,000 copies sold combined, and is currently working on his third, 'The Sunday Funday Cookbook.' Stuart’s passion for bold flavors extends through his collaboration with Spice Tribe, creating signature blends like The Original, BBQ Spicy Nice, Greek Goddess, and Fiesta Fuego.

With all this going on, Stuart still finds time to get things off his chest on his podcast 'Don't Let It Stu,' where he interviews and chats with different guests weekly to talk pop culture, Housewives, and whatever else is happening in the world.
